1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using any website, platform, product, service, community, or program offered by The Fortitude Syndicate or any of its subsidiary organizations — including Beyond Discipline, Equipping the Saints, and The Plumb Line — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our platforms, products, or services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, members, customers, and participants across all Fortitude Syndicate properties, regardless of which subsidiary organization or product you accessed first.

2. ABOUT THE FORTITUDE SYNDICATE

The Fortitude Syndicate is the parent organization of the following subsidiaries:

- Beyond Discipline — health, fitness, and wellness transformation programs and community for men
- Equipping the Saints — discipleship and spiritual formation programs and community for men
- The Plumb Line — leadership development programs and community for men

References to "The Fortitude Syndicate, we, us, or our" throughout these Terms and Conditions apply to the parent organization and all subsidiary organizations collectively unless otherwise specified.

3. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

All programs, products, communities, and services offered by The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries are designed specifically for adult men seeking to grow in their physical health, spiritual formation, and leadership.

3.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any product, enroll in any program, or participate in any community offered through The Fortitude Syndicate or its subsidiaries.

By completing a purchase or enrollment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are purchasing on behalf of another individual, you confirm that person is also at least 18 years of age and that you have their authorization to agree to these terms on their behalf.

3.2 Program Design & Target Audience
Beyond Discipline programs are specifically designed for men over 40, though men 18 and older are welcome to participate. If you are under 40, understand that program content, pacing, and community discussions are tailored toward the unique challenges and goals of men in midlife and beyond.

Equipping the Saints and The Plumb Line programs are open to all adult men regardless of age, though content is designed with the responsibilities and life stage of mature men in mind.

3.3 Gender
All Fortitude Syndicate programs, communities, and services are designed exclusively for men. Participation is limited to men only.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries offer a range of digital and physical products and services including but not limited to:

- Online courses and educational programs
- Membership communities and brotherhood platforms
- Coaching programs and group challenges
- Live and recorded events, calls, and workshops
- Digital downloads, guides, and resources
- Subscription-based access to content and community

All products and services are subject to these Terms and Conditions in addition to any specific terms presented at the point of purchase or enrollment.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

5.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. The Fortitude Syndicate reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. The Fortitude Syndicate does not store your full payment information on our servers.

5.3 Subscriptions
Subscription-based products will be billed at the frequency stated at the time of purchase — monthly or annually. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. Continued failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to subscription-based products and communities.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 Digital Products — All Sales Final
All sales of downloadable digital products — including but not limited to courses, eBooks, guides, templates, and video content — are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted or content is delivered, we cannot verify whether materials have been downloaded, copied, or consumed. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for digital product purchases under any circumstances.

Please review all product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.

6.2 Challenge Programs
Rise & Thrive Challenges, Elevate Challenges, and other cohort-based programs operate on a limited-seat basis to maintain the quality of the experience and brotherhood support.

Refund requests for challenge programs must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the official start date of the challenge. This allows adequate time for another brother to fill the seat being vacated.

Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the challenge start date, or after the challenge has begun, will not be honored. In such cases, you may be offered the opportunity to transfer your registration to a future challenge cohort at the sole discretion of The Fortitude Syndicate.

To request a refund, contact us at admin@fortitudesyndicate.com with your order details and reason for the request.

6.3 Subscription Memberships — Cancellation Policy
Subscription-based memberships — including Beyond Discipline Brotherhood membership and any other recurring subscription offered by The Fortitude Syndicate or its subsidiaries — may be cancelled at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at admin@fortitudesyndicate.com.

Upon cancellation:

- Your access to membership content and community will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a current billing period
- You will not be charged for any future billing periods after cancellation is processed
- Reactivation is available at any time, subject to current membership pricing at the time of reactivation

6.4 Exceptions
The Fortitude Syndicate reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion on a case-by-case basis. This does not create an obligation to issue refunds outside of the policies stated above.

7. DISCLAIMERS OF RESULTS

The programs, challenges, courses, and content offered through The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries are designed to provide education, motivation, framework, and community support for men seeking to grow in their health, faith, and leadership.

Results are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to: starting point, effort and consistency, adherence to the program, lifestyle factors, genetics, age, and personal circumstances.

Testimonials and examples used on our platforms represent individual experiences and are not intended as a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes. The success of others does not ensure your success.

8. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness content provided through Beyond Discipline and any other Fortitude Syndicate subsidiary is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice and should not be treated as such.

The Fortitude Syndicate and its coaches, staff, and contractors are not licensed physicians, medical
professionals, dietitians, or healthcare providers. Nothing in our programs, courses, challenges, community content, or communications constitutes medical
advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any new exercise program, nutrition plan, or lifestyle change, consult with a qualified
healthcare professional — particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms during any program, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

By participating in any Beyond Discipline program or challenge, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, that you do so at your own risk, and that you assume full responsibility for your health decisions.

9. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

The communities hosted by The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries — including Beyond Discipline Brotherhood and any other community platform or group associated with our organizations — exist for one purpose: to build men up.

Every man who joins our communities agrees to uphold the standard this Brotherhood is built on. That standard is not negotiable.

- Treating every member with dignity and respect regardless of background, experience level, or personal circumstances
- Engaging in conversations with the intent to encourage, challenge, and build up — never to tear down
- Bringing your best — showing up for the men beside you the way you want them to show up for you
- Keeping all interactions consistent with the faith-forward, family-first, Christ-centered values of this Brotherhood

9.1 Expected Conduct
All members are expected to engage with honor, respect, and integrity at all times. This means:

9.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited across all Fortitude Syndicate community platforms and will not be tolerated under any circumstances:

- Profanity or vulgar language of any kind in any community space, post, comment, direct message, or live call
- Political arguments, debate, or divisive political content of any kind — this Brotherhood is built on brotherhood, not division
- Negativity, cynicism, or discouragement directed at any member or at the community as a whole
- Disrespect, mockery, ridicule, or personal attacks toward any member, leader, coach, or staff member
- Harassment of any kind — including unwanted contact, aggressive behavior, or any conduct that makes another member feel unsafe or unwelcome
- Spam, self-promotion, or solicitation without prior written approval from Fortitude Syndicate leadership
- Content that contradicts or undermines the faith-based, Christ-centered values of The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries
- Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any paid program content, community content, or proprietary materials outside of designated platforms

9.3 Consequences
The Fortitude Syndicate reserves the right to take the following actions in response to any violation of these community conduct standards:

- Immediate removal of offending content
- A formal warning issued to the member
- Temporary suspension of community access
- Immediate and permanent termination of membership and participation across all Fortitude Syndicate platforms and subsidiaries — with no refund of any fees paid

The severity of the response will be determined at the sole discretion of Fortitude Syndicate leadership. Some violations — particularly those involving harassment, profanity, political divisiveness, or conduct that directly contradicts our values — may result in immediate and permanent removal without prior warning.

Membership in this Brotherhood is a privilege. It is earned and maintained through conduct that reflects the standard we hold ourselves to. Men who cannot or will not uphold that standard will not remain members.

9.4 Reporting
If you witness conduct that violates these standards, please report it to our support team immediately at admin@fortitudesyndicate.com. We take every report seriously and will investigate promptly.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Ownership
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, branding, copy, imagery, and intellectual property associated with The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries — including but not limited to the Beyond Discipline framework, the RISE / THRIVE / ASCEND methodology, The Plumb Line leadership framework, Equipping the Saints discipleship content, and all course and program content — are the exclusive property of The Fortitude Syndicate.

10.2 Permitted Use
Upon purchase or enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the materials for your own personal transformation and development. This license does not grant you the right to share, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content or frameworks.

10.3 Prohibited Use
You may not:

- Share login credentials or access with any other person
- Record, screenshot, or reproduce program content for distribution
- Use our frameworks, methodologies, or branding in your own products or services without prior written permission from The Fortitude Syndicate
- Represent our content, frameworks, or methodologies as your own

Violations of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of access and may be subject to legal action.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products, programs, services, and community access provided by The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries are provided as is without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We make no guarantee of specific results. Individual results will vary based on each member's commitment, effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries, officers, employees, coaches, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, programs, or community platforms.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

13. FAITH-BASED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The Fortitude Syndicate and its subsidiaries operate from a Christ-centered, faith-based worldview. Our programs, communities, and content reflect biblical values and principles.

By joining our communities and programs, you acknowledge that faith-based content, Scripture references, and Christ-centered teaching are integral to everything we do. This is not incidental to our programs — it is foundational to them.

14. PRIVACY

Your use of our platforms and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our products and services shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Fortitude Syndicate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our platforms, products, or services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
